Last term, I didn’t care about my health at all. I stayed up late playing games every night and ate junk food like chips and hamburgers for almost every meal.
One day, I felt terrible. I had a bad headache and a fever. My mom took me to the hospital. The doctor said I had a cold because of my bad habits. He told me to get enough sleep, eat more vegetables and fruit, and do some exercise every day.
