Because what he had done let me down, I was annoyed with Li Hua recently. So I let off steam by speaking ill of him, and we had a quarrel. I wrote to the agony aunt telling the whole story and asking her to help me out. She wrote back to me expressing her concern. She said it was my fault that caused the trouble. I shouldn't have said bad things about Li Hua behind his back. The best strategy to resolve the problem, she said, was to give him a signal of apology. She advised me to pull my weight to make up with Li Hua. After that, I took a deep breath and no longer worried.
John, chosen by accident as a boxer, was good at boxing. But he couldn't adjust to the core training because of its complexity, so his coach criticised him, which made him very annoyed. To John's embarrassment, the coach never forgave him, thinking that it was the duty of every athlete to adjust to training. John had no choice but ensure that he would train hard for the game.
