对某人来说做某事是……的。
在该句型中，it 是形式主语，真正的主语是后面的动词不定式（短语）。此处形容词为easy、difficult、important、possible、necessary、dangerous 等表示事物特征的词。
◆ It’s necessary for us to master a foreign language.
对我们来说掌握一门外语是有必要的。
“It is/was+形容词+that ...”的用法
“It is/was+形容词+that ...”意为“……是……的”。用来表达对某件事的评价、观点或感受等。在该句型中，it是形式主语，that从句是句子真正的主语。当主句用is时，从句根据实际情况用一般现在时、一般将来时等；当主句用was时，从句常用表示过去的某种时态。
