According to an old Chinese legend, horses in ancient times had wings and were called “Heavenly Horses”. They could run on land, swim in water, and even fly in the sky. They were very powerful and magical.

Sayram Lake (赛里木湖) is a beautiful mountain lake in Xinjiang, China. It lies in the Tianshan Mountains in the northwest. It has a lovely nickname, “the last tear of the Atlantic”, for it is the final destination (终点) of the warm and wet air from the Atlantic Ocean.
