How to Keep a Healthy Life
Nowadays, many students are called “fragile students”, which means they are young but easily get sick or stressed. In my opinion, it is very important for us to live a healthy life.
First, we should eat well. It’s necessary to eat more fruit and vegetables instead of junk food. Second, we need to exercise more. We can run or play basketball to stay strong. Third, we should often talk with others. Sharing our feelings with parents or friends can help us relax. Finally, getting enough sleep is also helpful. We had better not stay up late.
In a word, if we develop these good habits, we will become healthier and happier.
