An excerpt from The Time Machine
The Time Machine is a novel by H.G. Wells. It is about a man called “The Time Traveller”. The following excerpt introduces us to five different characters. Here they are having a conversation after dinner about time travel.

My favourite part:
My favourite part is when Mr Fogg and his butler Passepartout rush to catch a train in India. They’re in a big hurry, and Passepartout even loses his shoes! He has to continue running barefoot. This part of the story is very funny and exciting!
My review:
In my opinion, the novel is definitely worth reading. It is a great story about an around-the-world journey in the 1870s. If you like classic adventure stories, I very much recommend this novel.
