Look and say
Because the earth rotates (旋转) around the sun, when the sun shines on one side (daytime), it is dark on the other side (nighttime).

We can check what time it is right now in other places with a time-zone map.
Shanghai is in the UTC+8 time zone(时区), which means it is 8 hours ahead of UTC. Toronto is in the UTC-5 time zone, which means it is 5 hours behind UTC.
Shanghai is 13 hours ahead of Toronto. If it's 10:00 AM in Shanghai (UTC+8), then in Toronto (UTC-5), it would be 9:00 PM on the previous day.
UTC (Coordinated Universal Time,协调世界时) 是全球时间标准,用于协调和统一世界各地的时间。
