教材分析
听说板块以“反思你的学习风格和策略”（Reflect on your learning styles and strategies）为活动主题，通过了解不同的学习方法和策略，学生可以对比自己从前养成的学习习惯，反思、改进以摸索到最适合的方式方法，以达到提高学习效率的目的，也为接下来的高中学习生活做好准备。通过听力活动，学生可以了解到与谈论学习活动相关的词汇和句式。为了训练思维能力，听后任务除了设置学生结对交流彼此的学习方法之外，还可以请学生说明自己采取不同学习策略的原因并彼此进行点评。
教学目标
1. 能听懂并正确使用与谈论学习活动相关的单词、词块和句式。
2. 能够通过听力活动获取其中的关键词和关键信息。
3. 能够就听到的信息进行简单的推理和判断。
4. 能够对听到的内容进行评价并说明原因。

Task Reflect on your learning styles and strategies
Step 1 Warming-up
1. Do you know what “style” and “strategy” mean
Style: a particular way of doing, designing, or producing something
Strategy: a plan to achieve a particular purpose
Learning style and strategy: how you learn something
2. What is your learning style and strategy
There are many categories of learning styles, and here are some of them.
Visual learners learn best when information presented as something such as a picture or a drawing. Do you do best in classes in which teachers do a lot of writing on the blackboard and make full use of TV

设计意图：通过讨论style和strategy的词义，引出听说版块的主题。呈现三种学习类型并请学生对号入座，在引起兴趣的同时，为接下来的听力活动做铺垫。

Step 4 Post-listening

设计意图：为了训练学生的思维能力，在结对讨论学习方式和策略时候，添加一些问题。如：采取某种学习方式的原因；评价对方的学习策略等。
Step 5 Assignment
Work in pairs and prepare to present your conversation on learning styles and strategies in class tomorrow. Through the discussion, think about what your best learning strategies for yourself is. The example on the right may be helpful.

设计意图：在与同伴讨论各自的学习方法和策略的过程中，学生能够比较、评价多种方式方法，有助于引导学习思考和探索哪种是最适合自己的学习方法和策略，最终达到开心学习并提高学习效率的目的。
