Have you ever felt stressed, worried, or just tired of thinking too much Many young people around the world have found a new and easy way to relax. It’s called ColorWalk (also known as Color Hunting), and it has become very popular on social media like Xiaohongshu, where the ColorWalk topic has already got more than 20 million looks.
So what is ColorWalk The rules are very simple. Before you go out, you just pick one color—for example, blue, green, yellow, or red. Then, as you walk through streets, parks, or even your school campus (校园), you try to notice and collect (in your mind or with photos) everything in that color. That’s all. No special tools, no map, no destination.
Why does such a simple activity help people feel better Experts have an answer. Li Kunmei, a mental health expert, explains that the small task of “looking for a color” starts a part of the brain that controls attention. By choosing where to focus, we stop worrying about the past or the future. We return to the “here and now.” This is like “cleaning your mind”: it gives our tired brain a short rest from endless stress and information.
Different colors also affect our feelings. Soft colors like blue and green make us calm and relaxed. That’s why hospitals often use them. Bright colors like yellow and orange can lift our mood and give us energy. One student used ColorWalk during a stressful exam week. She chose bright yellow and soon saw sunsets (落日余晖), yellow flowers, and warm yellow lights. Her bad mood went away.
If you feel worried or just want to have some fun, why not try ColorWalk Pick a color, go outside, and start your own colorful adventure. You might be surprised by how much better you feel!
52.What is the first thing you should do before a ColorWalk
A. Invite a friend to join. B. Choose a single color.
C. Draw a walking map. D. Take a camera with you.
53.According to Li Kunmei, what happens in your brain when you look for a color
A. The brain becomes more tired.
B. The brain stops working properly.
C. The brain starts to worry more.
D. The brain becomes active on attention.
54.What does the phrase “cleaning your mind” in Paragraph 3 mean
A. Washing your hair. B. Thinking about the past.
C. Giving your brain a short break. D. Remembering more things.
55.What does the student’s story tell us according to Paragraph 4
A. ColorWalk can help reduce stress.
B. Students should walk before exams.
C. Nothing is useful except bright colors.
D. Walking takes people too much time.
56.What is the writer’s purpose of writing the text
A. To introduce a popular social media topic.
B. To explain the science behind different colors.
C. To describe how to take photos of colorful things.
D. To suggest an easy activity that helps people relax.

“If I can’t ride the fastest motorbike, I will make one,” said 39-year-old Zhang Xue in 2026, a Chinese motorbike maker. Years later, his dream came true.
On March 28, 2026, a motorcycle produced by the Chinese brand (品牌) ZXMOTO won two races in the WSBK championship (锦标赛). Since 1988, European and Japanese brands like Ducati, BMW and Honda have controlled this championship. Years ago, it was almost impossible for Chinese brands to make such high-performance motorcycles. At that time, there were no powerful engines made in China. Besides, key technologies for better engine performance were kept secret by foreign companies. Now, the world has begun to know ZXMOTO, as well as its founder, Zhang Xue.
Zhang was born in a poor family in a village in Hunan Province. His parents separated when he was ten. To make a living, he once collected waste. He left school at 14 and worked as a learner in a motorbike repair shop. It was then that he began to ride motorbikes. At 19, he rode over 100 kilometers in the rain to catch up with a TV program, hoping for a chance to join a racing team. He trained hard day after day. He rode his old motorbike on rainy days and fell down over and over again, but he never gave up. Finally, he became a professional racer. In 2013, he went to Chongqing, China’s motorcycle capital, where he started to make his own motorbikes. Now, ZXMOTO is racing to the top. The journey has taken him nearly 20 years. “The wins are just the beginning,” said Zhang.

Our class is preparing for the “School Super” football league next week. As the team captain, I’d like to share my choice for the new team member. After careful thought, I want to choose Zhang Zhe.
Zhang Zhe may not have the best skills, but he will bring team spirit to our group. He is hard-working and always encourages others. Everyone will enjoy playing with him, and I believe he can make our team more united.
His problem is that he sometimes makes mistakes in games. To help him solve this, I will practice passing and quick turns with him after school every day. I will also ask other teammates to support him during games. With more training, I ’m sure he will become better and more confident on the field.
