Why Do We See Colors Differently?
Have you ever argued with a friend about whether a dress is blue and black or white and gold? This famous online debate (争论) showed that people can see the same thing in completely different ways. The reason lies in how our eyes and brains process light.
Color is not a physical property (属性) of objects —it is how our brain interprets (解读) different wavelengths (波长) of light. When light hits an object, some wavelengths are absorbed and others are reflected. Our eyes receive the reflected light and send signals to the brain.
"Everyone's visual system is slightly different," explains Dr.Li,an eye specialist from Guangzhou. "Factors like age, lighting conditions, and even the health of your eyes can affect how you see colors. That's why two people looking at the same object might describe its color differently."
Interestingly, color blindness (色盲) is more common than you might think.About 8% of men and 0.5% of women have some form of color blindness. The most common type makes it hard to tell the difference between red and green.Special glasses have been developed to help color-blind people see a wider range of colors.
So the next time someone sees a color differently from you, remember —neither of you is wrong.Your brains are just doing their unique jobs of interpreting the colorful world!

30.【答案】Dear Zhang Hao,
Don't worry! It is common for teenagers to have trouble getting on well with their parents. The reason for these problems may be that you are both busy and not communicating with each other. It may also be because parents set many rules. Finally,it may be a generation gap caused by age issues.
I suggest you first talk to your parents at their convenience.Secondly,if the rules set by your parents are unreasonable, you should also share your thoughts. Finally, everything has two sides, and it is correct for everyone to have different opinions. As long as it is right,we should accept it seriously.
I hope my suggestions are helpful to you.
Yours, Li Hua
