Marcy and Tegan are best friends. They love riding bikes together. On Friday, they met at their Ride Club after school. Marcy was sad because her bike was broken. Her family could neither buy her a new one nor even afford a second-hand bike. They planned to ask Steve for help. Steve is the leader of the Ride Club and knows a lot about bikes.
The next day, Marcy and Tegan took the bike to the Ride Club.“The good news is that it can be fixed,” said Steve.“It needs a chain(链子) drive and wheels(轮). We can get them from another bike or two.” But Marcy was worried.

Ways to make friends for shy people

Friends are important in our lives. We all need friends to share our happy times and sad times. Friends also help us grow. We learn from each other and become better. However, some people find it hard to make friends.
Why A new study from the University of Chicago shows that these people feel afraid when they meet people they don't know well. They are afraid to talk to new people.
But don't worry. There are ways to solve this problem. First, we should be brave enough to step out of our comfort zones(舒适区). Second, we should say yes to some invitations(邀请). Just making friends online is not enough for most people to find true friends. Finally, we need to take action. How to face arguments between friends

Arguments between friends happen sometimes, but there are easy ways to deal with them.
When you have an argument, try to stay calm(冷静的). Shouting or saying bad things won't be helpful.
