A Chinese motorcycle brand, ZXMOTO, won two races in one weekend at the 2026 FIM Supersport World Championship (WorldSSP). This was a great success because ZXMOTO is a new company. Its owner, Zhang Xue, was so excited that he cried.
Many people compare Zhang’s story to the popular Chinese film Pegasus (《飞驰人生》)—a story about a person from a poor background who never gives up. Zhang was born in a poor village in Hunan Province in 1987. When he was just 14, he started to work as a motorcycle repair apprentice (学徒). He loved motorcycles so much that he never stopped learning. At 19, he rode his motorcycle for over 100 kilometers in the heavy rain to keep up with a TV group! He just wanted a chance to join a professional (专业的) team. Later, he became a stunt (特技) rider and a mechanic.
Zhang dreamed of being a racer, but he started training too late. So he made a new dream, “If my own motorcycle can win a world championship, it’s just like I have won it myself.” In 2017, he started another famous brand, Kove Moto. In 2024, he founded his own company, ZXMOTO, and focused on making world-class racing motorcycles with Chinese technology.
For a long time, big Japanese and European brands won all the top races. Now, ZXMOTO has changed this. It shows that Chinese manufacturing (制造) is becoming stronger and can build an excellent racing culture. Zhang Xue’s life shows us that with a true love and a never-give-up spirit, any big dream can come true.

Growing up is never an easy journey for teenagers. Today, many students have trouble with heavy schoolwork and spend too much time on smartphones, which has become a serious social problem. To support (维护) teenagers’ mental health, schools around the world have started real-world programs.
One true example is at Two Rivers High School in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, USA. The school runs a Digital Wellbeing Club in partnership with the nonprofit (非营利) Live More Screen Less.
Olivia Kanavati, a junior at the school, used to be deeply addicted (对……上瘾) to her phone. She often stayed up late using social media and games, felt anxious and could not focus in class. “I would look at my screen time and realize: what am I doing with my life ” she said.
Later, Olivia joined the Digital Wellbeing Club. There, students learn to plan their screen time and real life properly. Now she spends free time more meaningfully. She reads in the school library, draws with friends, and joins art and music activities after class. She also talks more openly with her family and teachers when she feels stressed. She spends less than 2 hours on the phones each week now.
Olivia has become a more confident and outgoing girl bit by bit. She understands that growing up means not just study progress, but also a healthy mind and real-world connections. With school and community support, teenagers like Olivia can grow up better and face life bravely.
