It’s normal to feel stressed about schoolwork, competition with classmates, or trouble with
friends and parents. I’ve faced similar problems, but I’ve found some useful ways to deal with

First, doing sports helps me relax and clear my mind. Second, talking to my close friends or
parents makes me feel understood and less lonely. Also, listening to music or reading a good book
