学完本课后，学生能够
能听懂关于创办校园社团的对话，完成排序、笔记填空等听力任务；掌握proposal, aim, exchange, sign, material等核心词汇及常用搭配；理解社团提案的文体结构、语言特点，能运用正式语言独立撰写完整的社团创办提案。
通过听力抓取信息、梳理创办社团流程，培养逻辑梳理能力；分析提案格式与句式特征，学会归纳应用文写作规律；在小组讨论与写作中发散思维，合理设计社团内容。
了解高中校园社团文化，体会社团活动对个人兴趣、能力培养的积极作用，树立积极参与校园活动的意识。
熟练运用听前预判、听中记录、听后梳理的听力技巧；掌握应用文审题、列提纲、初稿写作、互评修改的写作流程，提升自主学习与合作纠错能力。
三、教学重难点
教学重点
听懂对话内容，准确梳理创办校园社团的完整流程，完成听力排序与细节填空。
掌握社团提案的整体结构、组成板块以及祈使句、正式书面语的使用特点。
识记并灵活运用本课核心词汇、短语与句型，完成词汇及句式练习。
教学难点
在听力过程中快速捕捉零散细节信息，精准完成笔记填空。
按照规范格式、使用正式语言撰写内容完整、条理清晰的社团提案。
小组互评环节精准发现写作中的拼写、语法、格式、语体等问题并修改。
四、教学方法
1. 情景教学法：创设校园社团招新、申请创办新社团的真实校园情景，让学生代入角色开展听说、写作活动。。
2. 讲授法：精讲核心词汇、短语、提案文体结构、写作要点与易错点，夯实语言基础。
3. 任务型语言教学法：设置分层听力、文本研读、口语讨论、写作、互评等系列任务，以任务驱动学生完成技能训练。
4. 合作探究法：组织双人、小组讨论，开展口头交流与作文互评，培养合作学习能力。
五、教学准备
1. 教师准备：整理听力音频、听力习题、社团提案范文、词汇知识点与课堂练习题。。
2. 学生准备：提前预习本课生词，初步了解校园社团相关英文表达；简单思考自己感兴趣的校园社团类型，为课堂讨论做准备。
六、教学过程
StepⅠ Lead-in
Activity 1:Free talk
Ask students two questions: Do you want to join a school club What club do you want to start if you can create one
Show different kinds of school clubs: Art Club, Photography Club, English Debate Club and so on.
Activity 2: Share opinions
Invite several students to talk about the clubs they like, and read sample sentences about different clubs together.
（设计意图：以校园社团话题自由交谈导入，贴合学生校园生活，激活已有词汇与表达，自然引出本节课 “创办新社团” 的核心主题。）
Step Ⅱ While-listening
Activity 1: Listen and order the steps
Tell students to listen to the conversation between Maggie and Mr Zhou, and put the steps of starting a new club in correct order.
Present the options: a Give the signed proposal to Mr Zhou; b Find a place and hold the first meeting; c Write a proposal; d Wait for the principal’s approval; e Find at least five students to sign up.
Play the audio, check answers: c → e → a → d → b.
Activity 2: Listen and complete notes
Play the audio again. Ask students to finish the blanks about Maggie’s new club:
Purpose: To help students learn a useful skill.
Type of club: A short story writing club.
Continue to listen and complete the information about what the proposal must contain:
the name of the club leader
the activities Maggie plans to organize
how she is going to find new members
Correct mistakes and read the complete notes together.

Step Ⅲ Pre-reading
Activity 1: Learn the word "proposal"
Ask a question: What is a proposal used for Give three choices:
A. To tell stories
B. To put forward a formal plan and ask for approval
C. To make a poster
Students choose the answer together (Answer: B)....
Explain the definition: A proposal is a formal written document. It is an official written application to ask the school for permission to set up a new club.

Step Ⅳ While-reading
Activity 1: Read the sample proposal
Ask students to read Maggie’s proposal for Short Story Writing Club independently.
Guide students to find all parts of the proposal: Club name, Club leader, Meeting time, Club aim, Club activities, Materials needed, Plan for finding new members, Signature.
Activity 2: Learn about the text type
Explain the definition and purpose of a proposal: A proposal is a formal document for applying for permission to start a new club.
Ask students: How many parts does this proposal have Summarize the eight main sections together.
Activity 3: Analyze language features
Point out the main sentence pattern: Imperative sentences. List examples in the text.
Sum up writing features of the proposal: Use short imperative sentences; clear item headings; adopt bullet points.

Step Ⅴ Post-reading
Activity 1: Pair discussion
Students work in pairs and talk about starting a new school club. Discuss these points: club type, aims, activities, materials, ways to find members.
Provide useful expressions for students to refer to.
（设计意图：由输入转向口头输出，运用本节课话题词汇与句型交流想法，梳理写作思路，降低书面写作难度。）
Step Ⅵ Writing Guidance
Activity 1: Learn Proposal Writing Rules
Introduce writing requirements: Write a proposal for a new school club (Reading Club).
Review three key points for proposal writing:
Text type: formal proposal.
Structure: follow the sample (8 main parts)
Language: formal, brief, use imperative sentences for activities
Show the sample of English Debate Club proposal, review its structure and language.
（设计意图：明确写作要求、格式、语言规范，结合范文再次强化写作框架，降低写作难度。）
Step Ⅶ Writing Practice
Activity 1: Outline Planning
Students draft the outline of the Reading Club proposal individually, including club name, leader, time, aim, activities, materials and ways to find members.
（设计意图：先列提纲再写作，培养学生谋篇布局的写作习惯，保证文章结构完整。）
Activity 2: Formal writing
Students finish the full proposal according to their outlines within limited time.
（设计意图：落实笔头输出任务，完成本节课核心写作目标。）
Step Ⅷ Post-writing
Activity 1: Self-check
Remind students to check mistakes on punctuation, spelling, grammar, word choice, writing style and structure.
Activity 2: Peer review
Students exchange compositions in pairs. Read and edit each other’s writing.
Give comments including praise, suggestions and corrections.
（设计意图：通过自查与互评，培养学生纠错能力与严谨的写作习惯，在交流中互相学习、完善作文。）
Activity 3: Works display
Invite 3–4 students to read their proposals in class, teacher gives brief comments.

Step Ⅸ Vocabulary & Exercises
Activity 1: Key vocabulary learning
Explain the usage, collocations and example sentences of proposal, aim, exchange, sign, material.
Activity 2: Exercises
Fill in the blanks with correct word forms.
Complete sentences according to Chinese hints.
Check answers and explain difficult points.

Step Ⅹ Summary
Guide students to review the key points:
Review the whole class content: the steps of starting a school club, structure and language features of a proposal.
Recite key words, phrases and useful expressions.

九、教学反思
本节课以创办校园社团为主题，遵循 “热身—听力—阅读—口语—写作—互评—词汇练习” 的综合技能课流程开展教学，整体课堂环节完整，基本达成听、说、读、写综合技能训练目标。但教学中仍存在不足：
1. 部分学生听力抓取细节速度较慢，笔记填写耗时较长；
2. 少数学生书面写作口语化表达较多，正式用语使用不规范；
3. 小组互评环节部分学生纠错能力不足，无法精准找出语法与格式错误。
