高二学生已完成本单元Reading and Thinking和Learning About Language两个板块的学习,对袁隆平及其杂交水稻的贡献、农业主题相关词汇以及不定式作主语和表语的语法已有较深入的了解。学生在之前的必修课程中已具有一定的听力基础和口语表达能力。但学生仍存在以下短板:在听力中,不善于识别说话者的观点及其支撑证据,对“事实”与“观点”的区分不够敏感;对世界饥饿问题的认知较为局限,对FAO等国际组织的作用了解不足;在口语表达中,不能熟练运用表达观点的句型进行逻辑论证;对全球粮食安全问题缺乏深入思考。本课以世界饥饿问题为主题,依托英语学习活动观,落实“教—学—评”一体化闭环教学模式,嵌入听力策略指导(识别支撑性证据)和口语表达策略训练,帮助学生综合提升听说能力,培养人类命运共同体意识与珍惜粮食的观念。

2.话题讨论:引导学生回顾Reading and Thinking板块所学内容——袁隆平为什么选择学农?他通过什么方式解决了粮食短缺问题?提问学生:Do you think hunger is still a serious problem in the world today Why 引导学生思考当前世界饥饿问题的现状。
3.话题铺垫:简要介绍本课听力内容——一段关于世界饥饿问题的广播访谈。点明本课将学习“识别支撑性证据”的听力策略,了解FAO的工作和世界饥饿问题的成因与对策。

四、教后反思
