Lily loved asking questions. One sunny morning, the question “What is happiness ” came into her mind. She decided to leave home to find the answer.
First, she went to the forest. There, she met a bird. “Hello, Mrs. Bird. What is happiness ” Mrs. Bird said, “Happiness is like the sunrise (日出)—warm and bright. But you have to open your eyes to see it.” Lily thought for a while and nodded.

I often play soccer after school and go jogging on weekends to build up my body. Third, I keep a good mental state. I am always friendly to others and talk to my parents or teachers when I feel stressed. It helps me lower stress easily.
