“I feel a bit ‘emo’. ”Do you often hear people say this these days “Emo” is short for “emotional (情绪的)”. It means someone has big feelings. Usually, they are bad ones, such as anger, worry, or sadness.

At some point, they explode (爆炸). Boom! They make you shout and cry. You may not want to eat, speak or learn. What should you do
Hey, don’t forget that you are the master (主人) of your emotions. Do you know about the Dementors (摄魂怪) in Harry Potter They make people feel sad. Maybe you have already found what you love to do and just need more time for it. Or maybe you haven’t found a hobby you really enjoy yet, and you’d like to try something new. A hobby is something fun you do in your free time, but not all hobbies are good for your health and happiness.
When choosing how to spend your time, think about how you feel afterwards (之后). Some people say browsing (浏览) social media is their hobby, but they often feel tired or empty after doing so. This kind of activity may seem fun at first, but it can make you feel worse later. Dr Hafeez calls this “popcorn brain” — jumping from one app to another app, always looking for something new. This habit can be bad for your brain in the long run and make it hard to stop.
Dr Kaiser says another problem with screen-based hobbies is that they usually keep you sitting for a long time, which can cause health problems over time.
So how do you pick a better hobby Dr Vuu suggests thinking about seven parts of a healthy life: sleep, food, movements, feelings, thoughts, relationships and purposes. A good hobby can help with some of these. For example, doing group activities like yoga or running can help you move more, feel happy and make new friends. Helping others can make you feel useful and improve your mood.
There’s no right number of hobbies to have. Some people focus on one, while others enjoy many. The key is to try new things from time to time. New experiences are good for your brain, and they help you connect with others too.
68. What do the underlined words “popcorn brain” in paragraph 2 most likely mean
A.A brain that forgets everything easily.
B.A brain that keeps moving between apps.
C.The brain of a person who likes to eat popcorn while using apps.
D.A brain that works very slowly and can’t think clearly.
69. According to Dr Vuu, what should you consider when choosing a hobby
A.Only the cost and popularity of the activity.
B.How it affects at least one of the seven healthy life aspects.
C.Whether it requires using expensive equipment.
D.If it can help you earn money quickly.
70. What is the main problem with screen-based hobbies mentioned by Dr Kaiser
A.They are too expensive to maintain.
B.They force people to sit for long periods.
C.They require special technical skills.
D.They make users compare themselves with others.
71. Why does the writer suggest trying new things sometimes
A.To keep up with the fashion.
B.To learn to use more apps.
C.To grow your brain and meet people.
D.To become famous and make more money.
72. Which can be the best title for the passage
A.Why Everyone Should Watch Less TV
