the Future of Culture.Visitors can explore the perspectives and experiences of today's young
people.The Festival opens from July 2 to July 7 on the National Mall.

Building Trades Artisans(工匠)

In the Next Generation Artisans in the Traditional Building Trades area,Festival goers
will meet inspiring young artisans who are learning the building crafts from master artisans
devoted to passing on their knowledge and skills to the next generation.
Native Language Reclamation(复兴)）zla:
The Native Language Reclamation in the U.S.area at the Festival features four groups
representing different languages and regions.In the Language Lodge,visitors can learn how
these languages sound and how they can be passed on to future generations.To accompany the
language sessions,.there will be lacrosse(长曲棍球)demonstrations,,Alutiig social dances,
and lessons in Mohawk basket making.
Films and Discussions
The Arts and Industries Building will serve as a theater during the Festival with film
screenings,workshops and talks with emerging media makers.The short films have been
created by the Ghetto Film School,Action Youth Media,Deanwood Radio Broadcast Youth
Journalism Program,and Wide Angle Youth Media.
