四、教后反思

现存不足:一课时内容容量较大,听、说、读、写四项技能训练时间偏紧,部分环节不够深入;写作训练时间不足,学生完整写作训练不够充分;口语讨论参与度不均衡,部分学生发言机会较少;分层教学在课堂上落实不够细致。
后续改进:适当调整内容容量,突出重点技能训练,确保核心环节扎实有效;增加写作训练时间,提供更多写作指导与范文赏析;设计更多层次的口语活动,确保每位学生都有参与机会;优化分层任务设计,更好地照顾不同层次学生;引入更多真实的志愿主题素材,丰富课堂内容,增强学生的情感体验。
