高二学生已经具备一定的听说读写综合能力，能够听懂简单的报告类语篇，能够进行基本的观点表达，能够阅读中等难度的文章并获取信息，能够写出结构完整的短文。但学生仍存在以下短板：听力中抓取报告结构和关键信息的能力不足；口语表达逻辑性不强，缺乏观点支撑；阅读分析文章结构和深层含义的能力有待提高；倡议书写作格式不规范，倡议性语言运用不够地道。本课以分享与志愿服务为主题，通过听、说、读、写一体化训练，帮助学生提升综合语言运用能力，同时渗透奉献精神的育人理念。

四、教后反思

现存不足：一课时内容容量较大，听、说、读、写四项技能训练时间偏紧，部分环节不够深入；写作训练时间不足，学生完整写作训练不够充分；口语讨论参与度不均衡，部分学生发言机会较少；分层教学在课堂上落实不够细致。
后续改进：适当调整内容容量，突出重点技能训练，确保核心环节扎实有效；增加写作训练时间，提供更多写作指导与范文赏析；设计更多层次的口语活动，确保每位学生都有参与机会；优化分层任务设计，更好地照顾不同层次学生；引入更多真实的志愿主题素材，丰富课堂内容，增强学生的情感体验。
