Beyond strengthening our bodies,sports play a vital role in refining our character and
shaping our inner spirits,which I have deeply realized through my own sports experience
I have kept long-distance running for years.At first,exhausted by continuous tiredness,I
often wanted to give up.Nevertheless,I insisted on daily training and never backed down.
Gradually,I became more disciplined and strong-willed.Whenever I encounter academic
difficulties,the persistent spirit gained from running motivates me to move forward bravely.
