My hometown is Qingtongxia, a lovely city in Ningxia along the Yellow River. It is famous for

The Yellow River brings rich water to farmlands, making the city full of vitality. It also has
beautiful wetland views and special local culture.

Located beside the Yellow River in Ningxia, Qingtongxia, my beloved hometown, is a
charming city well worth visiting.
What makes it world-famous are the spectacular Qingtongxia Yellow River Grand Canyon and

Xia Dynasty. Thanks to the nourishment of the Yellow River, vast fertile lands here grow well,

Hi, everyone. I want to share with you what it's like being on a cooking show. Many people think it's
easy, but actually it's very stressful. I usually arrive at the studio around 7:00 a.m. First, I meet with
the producer and we go through the script for the day. Then I go to the dressing room to change into
my chef's uniform. After that, the make-up artist makes sure I look good on camera. This usually
takes only about 15 minutes because I don't wear much makeup. We begin filming at around 9:00 am,
but things don't always go smoothly. Sometimes the cameras don't work, or the sound is not clear, so
we have to wait. When everything is ready, I start cooking and talking to the camera at the same time.
It's hard to do both. We usually finish by 5:00 p.m. but it depends on how many mistakes we make.
After filming, I take off my uniform, say goodbye to the team and go home to rest. It's a long day but
