ut recruiting volunteers for the Animal Rescue Center this summer.I love ani
mals and I really want to join,but I have a few questions to ask.
Could you please tell me what volunteers usually do every day-do we need t
o feed the animals,clean the cages,or walk the dogs I am 14 years old,so l
would also like to know if there is any age requirement.Besides that,I am wo
ndering about the time arrangement,for example,how many hours we shoul
d work each day and how many days a week.Finally,could you let me know if

A week later,I was waiting at the same bus stop after school when I saw the
familiar figure again.It was the old man,standing by the bench where he'd
sat that cold morning.He spotted me at once,walking over with a bright

him had bought him a hot meal and a day's shelter,and he'd used the rest to
get a part-time job at a nearby bakery.He'd been waiting here every day to

filled my eyes as I realized my small act of sincerity had not only warmed the
old man but also come back to me.This experience taught me that true
