My favourite sports event is the 4×100-metre relay race. It is a wonderful team sport full of excitement. Every runner must train hard and practise smooth handoffs with teammates.
I also love the Olympic Games very much. Beijing hosted both 2008 Summer and 2022 Winter Olympics. The two mottos “One World, One Dream” and “Together for a Shared Future” show the true Olympic spirit: friendship, peace and never giving up.
Sports bring people together. No matter winning or losing, we should compete to our best and respect every athlete. I will take part in relay race on our school Sports Day and try my best for my team.
