Nowadays, safety is very important for us. How can we keep safe In the English class, we had a discussion in
groups. Here is the result of my group. First, we should obey the traffic rules. Second, we should eat healthy food
and we’d better note at any junk food. Third, we mustn’t go swimming in the rivers without an adult, although we
are good at swimming. Fourth, we shouldn’t hang out alone at night and we should go back home as early as
possible. And finally, we are not allowed to chat with strangers online.

At that moment,I decided to change and with small steps. The next day,I forced myself to raise my hand in
class,even though my heart was racing.lt was a small victory, but it felt huge.l began to speak up more often in group
