Would you adopt a retired lab animal I once had such an experience. I adopted a lab beagle named Hammy from a Virginia research lab. In most cases, most lab animals will face death after completing experiments for data collection. Yet animals with light experimental tests can survive and be available for adoption. Under the guidance of 58-year-old Zhang Lin, a provincial-level craft inheritor from Heilongjiang, foreign visitors experience the handmade creation process. Once a traditional hunting skill for Hezhe people, the craft has turned into a vital carrier for Sino-Russian (中俄的)cross-border cultural exchange. “Intangible cultural heritage is a borderless language,” Zhang stated firmly, who has stuck to protecting the fading folk craft for decades.
Dating back to the Spring and Autumn Period, the time-honored craft served Hezhe people’s daily life.
