Further thinking
Low self-esteem / Poor self-confidence(自卑、自我认同不足)
Description: Many teenagers struggle with low self-esteem during puberty. Their bodies change rapidly, and they constantly compare themselves with classmates in appearance, grades or talents. They easily focus on their own weaknesses instead of strengths. For example, a teenager may feel ashamed because they think they are not good-looking or their test scores are not as high as others. They dare not speak in class, refuse to join group activities, and always think “I am worse than everyone else”. Even when others praise them, they cannot believe they are truly worthy. This negative mindset stops them from trying new things and enjoying their teenage life.
