本训练营采用“三阶递进”模式，请同学们按顺序完成，实现从“语言输入”到“思维产出”的跨越。
核心阅读语篇
Study Smarter, Not Harder
In the past, many students thought that studying for many hours was the way to get good grades. But now, research shows that smart learning is about studying well, not just studying long.
Smart learners do not just read their notes again and again. Instead, they close the book and test themselves. This is called “active recall.” They also review what they have learned at different times — for example, today, then two days later, then a week later. This helps them remember things for a longer time.
Now there are many learning apps with AI. They can make a study plan just for you. They can find your weak points and give you exercises to practice. But be careful! Technology is only a tool. Don't depend on it too much, or you may lose your ability to think deeply.
The most important thing in smart learning is to think about your own thinking. Before you start studying, ask yourself: “What is my goal today ” While studying, ask: “Am I understanding this well ” After finishing, ask: “What mistakes did I make and what can I learn from them ”
In short, smart learning is a skill for life. It needs self-control, good thinking, and smart use of technology. Remember: The goal is not to fill your brain with facts, but to make you love learning.
第一阶段：基础巩固与信息提取
目标：扫清词汇障碍，把握语篇主旨。
Task 1: 词义搭配（Match）
将左栏单词与右栏英文释义连线。

Task 3: 语法填空（Grammar Fill-in）
用所给词的适当形式填空，或填入一个合适的冠词/介词。

阅读原句，然后按要求仿写。

仿写任务：用 “Instead of doing..., 主语 + do...” 的结构，写一句关于“如何利用碎片时间（fragmented time）记单词”的建议。

Task 5: 书信写作（Letter Writing）
你的笔友 Li Ming 来信说：“我每天花很多时间抄写单词和课文，但总是记不住，考试也考不好。我很难过。”
请结合语篇中的 3个核心方法（①主动测试自己，不要只是重读；②在不同时间间隔复习；③学习前后问自己问题），给他写一封 80词左右 的回信。
写作框架提示：
开头：表达理解，点出“巧学”比“苦学”重要。
主体：依次给出上述三条建议（可适当扩展）。
结尾：鼓励他坚持，并提醒合理使用科技工具。

First, instead of just copying or reading words again, you should close your book and test yourself. Second, try to review what you have learned today, then two days later, and again a week later. It really helps your memory. Third, before you start, ask yourself: “What is my goal today ” After studying, ask: “What mistakes did I make ”
You can also use learning apps to help you, but don't depend on them too much. Keep trying, and I believe you will improve!
