Unit 6 Beyond Earth
“三阶导读”指的是学习理解—应用实践—迁移创新三个递进层次的学习活动。本训练以“Beyond Earth”单元为载体，按照这三个层次逐步推进：先通过阅读解构文本，再在应用中内化语言，最后迁移到写作输出。
一、训练内容
【第一阶】学习理解——阅读解构
Beyond Earth
Human beings have always dreamed of going beyond Earth. We look up at the stars and wonder, “What is out there ” Exploring space is not just a dream — it is a journey of science and hope.
Why explore space
First, exploring space helps us learn more about the universe. We can study other planets, stars, and galaxies. This helps us understand where we come from.
Second, space technology improves our lives on Earth. Satellites help us communicate, navigate, and watch the weather. Many inventions we use every day come from space research.
Third, space exploration inspires people. When we see astronauts walk on the moon or rovers land on Mars, it makes us believe anything is possible.
Challenges
However, space exploration is very difficult. It costs a lot of money. It also takes many years of hard work. Sometimes things go wrong. But every failure teaches us something new.
The future
In the future, humans may live on Mars or the moon. We may find new resources or even new life. The possibilities are endless.
In short, space is not the end — it is just the beginning. Let us keep looking up and keep dreaming. Our future lies beyond Earth.
