There is/are + 某人/某物 + 某地结构表示某地有某人或某物。
用法
在这一结构中，there起到先行主语的作用，没有具体的词义。谓语动词be后的名词或名词短语是真正的主语，谓语动词的单复数形式需与主语保持一致。
e.g. There is a computer in my room. 我的房间里有一台电脑。
e.g. There are 20 desks in our classroom. 我们教室里有20张桌子。
there be structure
在there be句型中，如果有并列主语，往往根据第一个主语的单复数来确定谓语动词 be 的形式。
e.g. There is a pen and two books on the desk.
桌子上有一支钢笔和两本书。
e.g. There are two chairs and a bed in my bedroom.
我的卧室里有两把椅子和一张床。
