基本结构
There is/are + 某人/某物 + 某地结构表示某地有某人或某物。
用法
在这一结构中，there起到先行主语的作用，没有具体的词义。谓语动词be后的名词或名词短语是真正的主语，谓语动词的单复数形式需与主语保持一致。
e.g. There is a computer in my room. 我的房间里有一台电脑。
e.g. There are 20 desks in our classroom. 我们教室里有20张桌子。
在there be句型中，如果有并列主语，往往根据第一个主语的单复数来确定谓语动词 be 的形式。
e.g. There is a pen and two books on the desk.
桌子上有一支钢笔和两本书。
e.g. There are two chairs and a bed in my bedroom.
我的卧室里有两把椅子和一张床。

注意: there is/are 用于表示现在某个地方有某物或某人时，
所表示的物或人都是泛指，而非特指。

Hello, I'm glad to meet you here. I will show you around our school. This is the teaching building. It has four floors. There are many classrooms on the first and second floors. There are five science labs and three computer labs on the third floor. And there are three music rooms on the fourth floor. This is our playground. We can run or play football here.
