核心语法：时间状语从句
一、核心概念
时间状语从句在复合句中充当时间状语，说明主句动作发生的时间。它由从属连词引导，放在主句之前或之后。
核心功能： 用一个句子来说明动作发生的“时间”。
核心规则：“主将从现”
在时间状语从句中，如果主句是将来时，从句用一般现在时表示将来。
示例：

二、常见引导词分类与详解
1. when（当……时候）
含义： 表示主句动作发生在从句动作的时间点上。从句动词可以是瞬间动词或延续性动词。
例句：
When I arrived at the station, the train had left.（当我到达车站时，火车已经开走了。）→ 瞬间动词
When I was a child, I lived in the countryside.（我小时候住在农村。）→ 状态动词
I was sleeping when the earthquake happened.（地震发生时我正在睡觉。）→ 瞬间动词
2. while（当……时候，在……期间）
含义： 强调主句和从句动作同时持续进行。从句动词必须是延续性动词，且常用进行时。
例句：
While I was reading, my brother was playing.（我在读书时，弟弟在玩。）
Please be quiet while others are studying.（别人学习时请保持安静。）
While he was sleeping, someone stole his bag.（他睡觉时，有人偷了他的包。）
注意： while 从句中不能用瞬间动词！
While I arrived, he was leaving.

3. before（在……之前）
含义： 从句动作发生在主句动作之前。
例句：
Please turn off the lights before you leave.（离开之前请关灯。）
I had breakfast before I went to school.（上学之前我吃了早饭。）
Think it over before you make a decision.（做决定之前先想清楚。）
4. after（在……之后）
含义： 从句动作发生在主句动作之后。
例句：
After I finished my homework, I went out to play.（做完作业后，我出去玩了。）
We went home after the movie ended.（电影结束后我们回家了。）
After he arrives, we will start the meeting.（他到了之后，我们就开始会议。）
5. until / till（直到……为止）
含义： 主句动作一直持续到从句动作发生为止。
用法区别：
肯定句 + until：主句动词必须是延续性动词（wait, stay, work, sleep等）
否定句 + until（直到……才）：主句动词可以是瞬间动词（leave, go, stop, finish等）
例句：
I waited at the bus stop until the bus came.（我在公交车站一直等到公交车来。）→ 延续动词
She didn't go to bed until her mother came back.（她直到妈妈回来才睡觉。）→ 瞬间动词 + 否定
Please stay here until I return.（请待在这里直到我回来。）→ 延续动词
6. as soon as（一……就……）
含义： 表示两个动作紧接着发生，时间间隔很短。
例句：
I will call you as soon as I arrive in Beijing.（我一到北京就给你打电话。）→ 主将从现
As soon as I got home, it began to rain.（我一到家就开始下雨了。）→ 过去时
He fell asleep as soon as he lay down.（他一躺下就睡着了。）
三、核心语法规则：“主将从现”（中考必考！）
规则： 在时间状语从句中，如果主句是将来时，从句用一般现在时表示将来。
结构： 主句（将来时）+ 引导词 + 从句（一般现在时）
例句：
I will call you when I arrive in Beijing.（我到北京时会给你打电话。）→ 主句将来时，从句用一般现在时
We will have dinner after he comes back.（他回来后我们就吃晚饭。）→ 同上
Please wait here until the bus stops.（请在这里等到公交车停下来。）→ 祈使句也表将来
