Growing up in a small town in the United States, Jake Pinnick fell in love with Chinese martial arts (武术) at a young age thanks to actors like Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan.

Poyang Lake in Jiangxi is China’s largest freshwater lake and an important international wetland (湿地). Would you like to know my most unforgettable volunteer experience Here I’d like to share it with you.
Last Sunday, I volunteered in the community nursing home. I helped clean rooms and water flowers. I also chatted with the elderly and sang simple English songs to cheer them up.
