Critical Thinking
What was more important in changing the hometown People’s hard work or technology
I think people’s hard work was more important. At first, people planted bushes by hand and worked in very difficult conditions. They did not give up. Without their effort, the hometown could not change.
I think technology was more important. Machines helped people plant more trees quickly and improve the environment faster. New technology also made transportation and daily life much better.
People worked hard to start the change, and technology helped make the change bigger and faster.
