In his works, such as Call to Arms, he expressed his views. However, society can’t be changed from one day to the next. Lu Xun saw many revolutions (革命) fail and often felt worried about China’s future. Still, he never gave up fighting with his pen and carried on writing until he passed away in 1936.
So far, his works have been translated into more than 70 languages. Some of them are even used as textbooks in universities of some English-speaking countries.

Microplastic pollution is a serious environmental problem around the world. These tiny plastic pieces appear in rivers, seas and even drinking water. Because they are so small, they easily enter the bodies of people, fish and other animals. This will bring serious health problems. Besides, normal cleaning methods cannot completely remove (去除) these small plastics from the water.
Luckily, scientists have found a simple, safe and natural way. A team from a university has discovered that seeds from the moringa tree can help remove microplastics from polluted water. There is a special natural material in moringa seeds. When scientists put the seed extract (种子提取物) into polluted water, it makes the tiny plastic pieces stick together and form larger ones. After this change, the microplastics can be easily separated from the water.
The moringa tree is a common plant in warm areas. It grows easily, and its leaves and seeds are safe for people to eat. In ancient times, people used these seeds to make perfume (香水) and clean dirty water. But until recently, scientists did not know that moringa seeds could also fight microplastic pollution.
Scientists have tested the new method on both tap water and river water. Without expensive machines or harmful chemicals, this method produces no pollution. However, more research is needed to make sure it can deal with large amounts of water in daily life. It brings new hope for fighting global water pollution.

Dear Mike,
How are you doing these days I am very glad to share our school trip with you.
Last Sunday, we went to the city museum. We visited all kinds of cultural treasures, such as ancient coins and paintings. Besides, we listened to detailed introductions by robot guides. What’s more, the museum made good use of modern technology to protect these valuable treasures. We watched wonderful digital videos and experienced lifelike 3D models, which helped us learn more about the treasures without touching them.
We were greatly amazed by how modern technology makes cultural treasures come alive. What an unforgettable trip! Looking forward to your reply.
Yours,
Li Hua
