教学目标 ☆语言知识 复习本单元的词汇，句型和语音知识。 ☆思维&情感&文化 培养学生的空间思维能力和逻辑思维能力，通过地图符号的认识和运用，提高学生的地理素养。 激发学生学习英语的兴趣，增强学生的自信心和团队合作精神。 让学生了解不同国家和地区的地理文化，拓宽学生的国际视野，提高学生的跨文化意识。
教学重难点 将所学的词汇和句型运用到实际情景中。
教学准备 多媒体课件：制作包含图片、动画等元素的PPT，用于展示地图符号、单词和句型等。 地图卡片和单词卡片：准备一些印有不同地图符号和地点单词的卡片，用于游戏和活动。 奖励物品：准备一些小贴纸或小奖品，用于奖励表现优秀的学生。
一、教学过程
（一）热身导入（Warm-up） 1. 播放英文歌曲“The wheels on the bus”，让学生在轻松愉快的氛围中进入课堂。 2. 结合所学内容进行提问。 T: Do you know how to ask and answer the way in English （引导学生回忆之前学过的句型。） S1: Where is the... S2: How can I get to... S3: Go straight on. S4: Turn left/right. ... （二）单元复习（Review）—Wrap up 板块 1.展示Wrap up板块的图片，讲解练习1的要求。 T: Look at the pictures and fill in the blanks with the correct words. 引导学生观察图片中的地点和单词。 T: Look at the first picture. What place is this S: It's a cinema. T: Great! Can you spell it S: C-I-N-E-M-A. T: Well done! Now look at the second picture. What's this place S: It's a museum. T: Yes. Spell it, please. S: M-U-S-E-U-M. T: Perfect! ... 展示练习2的图片，老师先介绍活动要求，然后将单词卡片和图片卡片分别发给学生，组织学生进行配对游戏。活动期间，教师巡视课堂，观察学生的配对情况，及时给予指导和帮助。 T: Look at your card. If it's a word card, find the picture that matches it. If it's a picture card, find the correct word. You have three minutes. Start! (Students are busy matching the cards.) T: (Going around the classroom) Need any help S: Yes, I'm not sure about this one. It's a hospital, but I don't know which picture it is. T: Think about what a hospital looks like. T: You're welcome! 多学科融合与知识拓展（Cross-disciplinary Integration and Knowledge Expansion） —Let's explore板块 展示Let's explore板块的图片，引入话题。 T: Today we're going to learn about map symbols. They can help us find important places easily. 通过PPT展示不同地图符号的图片，逐一讲解其含义。 T: Look at this symbol. What place does it stand for S: I think it's a restaurant. T: Why do you think so S: Because it has a knife and fork. T: Excellent! You're right. This symbol is for a restaurant. ... 组织学生完成“Look and match.”练习，让学生将符号与地点匹配。 引导学生进行小组讨论。 T: Work in groups and talk about the symbols you know. Can you add more symbols to the map ... （四）课堂总结（Summary） 1.与学生一起回顾本节课的重点内容。 T: Today we've reviewed some place words and sentences for asking the way. We've also learned about map symbols. 2.强调地图符号和问路指路句型的重要性。 T: Understanding map symbols and knowing how to ask for directions are very useful skills in our daily life.

三、作业设计
1.完成课后练习册中的相关练习，巩固所学单词和句型。 2.制作一张自己家附近区域的地图，用英语标注出不同的地点，下节课进行展示和介绍。
四、教学反思
在本节课中，通过多种教学活动和游戏，激发了学生的学习兴趣，让学生在轻松愉快的氛围中复习和巩固了所学知识。在讲解地图符号时，结合实际生活场景，帮助学生理解其含义和应用。小组讨论环节培养了学生的合作能力和创新思维。然而，在教学过程中，也发现部分学生对某些单词的发音和句型的运用还不够熟练，需要在今后的教学中加强个别辅导和练习。同时，可以增加一些更复杂的地图阅读练习，提高学生的地理素养和综合运用能力。
