My favorite amazing plant is bamboo. Many people love bamboo, and I think it's the most amazing plant in the world. First, bamboo is the fastest growing plant on Earth. It can grow more than one meter in just one day. That's much faster than any other plant I know.
Second, bamboo is one of the most useful plants for people. We can use it to make so many things. We can make furniture, paper, chairs, tables, even chopsticks and scarves. Some experts say people can make over one thousand different things from bamboo.
Third, bamboo grows easily almost everywhere in China. It doesn't need much special care to grow well. For all these reasons, I think bamboo is the most amazing plant for us.

Last summer vacation, I went to Guilin with my grandparents. It was my first time to go there, and everything was new and exciting. Guilin is famous for its fantastic landscape and green mountains along the Li River. Everyone we met there was really friendly to us. The sky was so blue and the air was so clean that I could even breathe the sweet smell of flowers.
We went to the nature park to see the famous rock hills. Everything looked like a beautiful picture. I took hundreds of photos there. I also tried Guilin rice noodles. It was the most delicious noodles I have ever eaten. Everything tasted really good.
This trip made me understand how beautiful our country is. It was the most fantastic vacation I have ever had. I will never forget it.
