My Experience with Chinese Calligraphy
I used to know nothing about Chinese calligraphy and thought it was boring.
Last term, I joined a calligraphy club at school. At first, I found it hard to hold the brush correctly and write neat characters. But with my teacher’s help and daily practice, I made progress gradually. Now, calligraphy has become my favorite hobby. It makes me more patient and helps me understand Chinese traditional culture better. When I write calligraphy, I feel calm and relaxed.
I will keep practicing calligraphy in the future. I also want to introduce it to my foreign friends, so they can enjoy the beauty of this great art form.
