Dear friend,
I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been feeling really stressed about your exams lately. It’s totally normal to worry about them. But don’t worry, there are some things you can do to deal with this problem.
First, you can make a clear study plan. Break down what you need to learn into small tasks every day, so you won’t feel like you have to cram everything at the last minute. Second, don’t be afraid to ask your teachers or classmates for help if you don’t understand something. They’ll be happy to explain it to you. Most importantly, don’t be too hard on yourself. You’ve worked hard, and that’s what matters most.
I hope these suggestions help. Let me know how it goes, and I’m always here to listen if you want to talk more.
Yours,
Millie
