Step 2:Pre-reading(2mins) Do you know what these things represent in a football game
Step 3: While-reading(skimming)(7mins) Read the passage and think about the following questions: 1.What’s the author’s purpose in writing the passage A. To talk about the history of football. B. To express his / her love of football. C. To explain why football is such a popular game. D.
