（1）There be句型表示“某处有某物”，结构为“There be + 名词 +
地点状语”。
（2）名词是单数时用 There is，复数时用 There are。如果有多个并列
名词，be动词与最近的名词保持一致（就近原则）。

There be句型
例：
— Where is the dining hall？ — It’s in front of the art building.
— Is there a student centre？ — Yes, there is. It’s between the library and the gym.
（1）询问位置用“Where + be + 主语？”句型。主语是单数时be动
词用 is，复数时用 are。回答用“It’s / They’re + 方位介词短语”。
也可以用“Is there...？”询问某地是否有某场所：
肯定回答：Yes, there is.
否定回答：No, there isn’t.
