(1)fall asleep 入睡；睡着
表示(从清醒到睡着的)动作。fall asleep 为非延续性动词短语，不能与表示一段时间的状语连用。
be asleep 睡着；熟睡 表示(已经睡着的)状态。
My younger sister falls asleep quickly every night.我妹妹每晚都入睡很快。
(2)asleep 〔形容词〕睡着(的) 只能作表语。
My mother is asleep. Don’t wake her up.

被动形式:be required to do sth 被要求做某事

③ sth requires doing sth /某物需要被……
用主动形式表达被动含义，相当于 sth requires to be done。

④ require + that从句 要求/规定……
注意 require后的that从句要用虚拟语气，谓语用should do，should可以省略，即 “require that + 主语 +(should) do sth”。
The school requires that students (should) wear uniforms.学校要求学生穿校服。

meet/satisfy one’s requirements 满足某人的要求/满足某人的条件
You must meet/satisfy their requirements.

后面通常接名词、代词或动词 ing形式作宾语，表示让人兴奋的具体事物或事情。
be excited about doing sth 对做某事感到兴奋，相当于 be excited to do sth。
They are excited about the coming big robot show. 他们对即将到来的大型机器人展感到兴奋。
