一、There be句型含义
There be句型表示： 某地存在/有某物或有人。
There 为引导词，已经没有副词“那里”的含义。在句中不充当任何成分。
There are some books in the bag.
二、There be句型的形式
There be+not+主语+状语.

There is+ a/an可数名词单数/不可数名词+状语.
There are+ 可数名词复数+状语.
There aren't any apples in the tree .
There is an apple in the tree.

there be 表示“某地或某时有某人或某物”，强调存在意义。
have/has 表示“拥有”，强调所属关系。
There is a watch on my desk. 在我书桌上有一块手表。（不一定是我的）
I have a watch. 我有一块手表。（这块手表属于我）
(一) There be句型与have的区别
如果be后的主语是有由and连接两个或两个以上的名词，be的形式要与离它最近的那个名词来确定。
（二）there be的就近原则
There is a pen and some books on the floor.
There are some books and a pen on the floor.
There aren't any books or a pen on the floor.
谁更近，谁做主
and通常用于肯定句中，or用于否定，疑问句中。
