I’m Peter. There are some rules in my school. We can’t arrive late. We can’t eat in class. We have to go to the dining hall during the break. We have to wear uniforms at school. I like jeans but I can only wear them on weekends. We have computer class every Friday afternoon. In the computer class, we can draw pictures on the computer, but we can’t play computer games. You know we like them a lot, so we always play together after finishing our homework on weekends.

For Manette Baillie, life is always an adventure (冒险). She is over 100 years old, but she does not stop trying new things. On her 102nd birthday, she celebrates in a special way by jumping from a plane. This makes her the oldest skydiver (年龄最大的跳伞者) in the UK.
This is not Manette’s first exciting adventure. For her 100th birthday, she drives a car very fast (at 100 mph). She does nothing special for her 101st birthday, so she really wants to do something different at 102.
Her father does a skydive when he is 83 years old and loves it. So Manette thinks, “If he can do it at 83, why can’t I do it at 102 ” With the help of her friends and family, she jumps from the plane to celebrate her birthday.

Lydia worries about putting on weight. She hardly ever eats breakfast and eats very little for lunch, usually just a salad. She never eats snacks like chips or cakes.
