①Luo Han, a 9yearold boy, exercises for at least two hours every day. His habit of exercising is due to his father Luo Ge, who actively encourages him to enjoy nature, rather than caring only about his learning. And this has raised lots of discussion online.
②Many agree with the father! “Many of us students have too much schoolwork, and exercise can make us relaxed, so outdoor activities are necessary,” said Liu Yu, 18, a college student. Wang Tao, a parent of a 16yearold, thinks so as well. “It’s more than a way to relax. It’s a training of willpower (意志力),” she says.

Teamwork is the ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve a common goal. It plays an important role in our study, daily life and future work.
In a team, members have different advantages and skills. Some are creative and good at coming up with valuable ideas. Some are patient and careful with details. Others are good at communicating or organizing activities. If everyone acts alone and refuses to listen to each other, the work will probably be inefficient and in a mess. However, if team members support each other, take on different roles and make full use of their strengths, the task will be completed more easily and successfully.
At school, teamwork is widely needed in group projects, class activities and sports events. It not only improves our work efficiency but also teaches us to respect others, express opinions properly and solve problems together. When I was a little kid, I didn’t know how to get on well with others. I would get mad easily at anyone, shout about anything, and cry about everything.
At that time my grandma would visit our home often. She moved very slowly and couldn’t hear what people said clearly. She told us what we should and shouldn’t do in life again and again. One day I was riding my bike on my way home. All of a sudden, it began to rain heavily. I didn’t bring my raincoat, so I got all wet. I came home sadly. When I got home, my grandma was helping my mom do the dishes. After that, she asked me to do my homework.
I was so angry that I shouted at her. She was quite surprised to hear that. I looked at her and found that her face was filled with shame. And then I ran to my home. As soon as I closed the door, I found I was wrong. My grandma had done too much for me and only wanted to protect me. But what she received from me was just unkind words. I couldn’t help crying when I thought of it. Later that night, I came to her room and apologized to her. She gave me a big hug and a sweet kiss instead of criticizing me.
