（一）读前热身：自我介绍的五要素
打开课本 p.8，先想一想读前两个问题：
1. What do you want to tell your new classmates about yourself （你想向新同学介绍自己的哪 些方面？）
2. What do you know about your new classmates （你对自己的新同学有哪些了解？）
介绍一个人，通常围绕五个要素展开：name（姓名）、age（年龄）、looks（外貌）、
character（性格）、hobbies（爱好）。
先把要素对应的生词读准：character / k r kt (r)/ 性格；hobby（复数 hobbies）业余爱好。
【知识点】
自我介绍与介绍他人共用五要素：name / age / looks / character / hobbies。课本 p.8 读前问 题与 p.10 D 题的写作顺序表（Name-Age-Looks-Character-Hobbies）都围绕这五要素展 开。
（二）课文精读一：Millie 的自我介绍（课本 p.8）
【过渡语】先看 Millie 是怎样介绍自己的，注意她用了五要素中的哪几个。
课文原句（课本 p.8）：
Hi! I'm Millie, a new student at Sunshine Middle School. I'm in Class 1, Grade 7. I'm 12 years
old. I love reading. Here are my new classmates. They're very friendly. Let's meet them.
句式点拨：Here are my new classmates. 是倒装句，意为“这是我的新同学们”；Let's meet
them. 意为“让我们认识一下他们吧”，是发出邀请的常用语。
【知识点】
friendly / frendli/ adj. 友好的，由 friend（n. 朋友）+ ly 构成，意为 “像朋友一样的”，即 “非常友好”（=very nice）。greet /ɡri t/ v. 问候，迎接。

（三）课文精读二：认识三位新同学（课本 p.8）
【过渡语】Millie 用 This is ... 逐一介绍了三位新同学，边读边圈出每人的外貌、性格和爱 好。
课文原句（课本 p.8）：
This is Simon. He is tall. He is always full of energy. He is good at sport. He often plays football
after school.
This is Sandy. She is tall and slim. She has long hair. She is very polite. She likes music and she
can play the piano well.
This is Daniel. He is not tall. He wears glasses. He is smart and always ready to help others. He
is interested in science.
介绍小技巧（4+N）：先用 This is + 姓名，再从 looks、character、hobbies 中挑 2–3 项展 开，最后可补充 age / hometown 等信息。
【知识点】
三人信息对照：Simon—个子高、精力充沛（full of energy）、擅长运动、爱踢足球；
Sandy—又高又瘦（tall and slim）、长头发、有礼貌（polite）、喜欢音乐、钢琴弹得好；
Daniel—个子不高、戴眼镜（wear glasses）、聪明、乐于助人（ready to help others）、对
科学感兴趣。

（四）课本练习 A：人物与爱好配对（课本 p.9）
【过渡语】读课文第一遍后，完成课本 p.9 练习 A，把新同学和他们的爱好配对。
题干（课本 p.9）：Match the new students in Class 1, Grade 7 with their hobbies.（把 Class 1,
Grade 7 的新同学和他们的爱好配对。）
四个爱好句子： I love reading.
He often plays football after school.
She likes music and she can play the piano well. He is interested in science.
Millie—I love reading.（爱阅读）；Simon—He often plays football after school.（放学后常
踢足球）；Sandy—She likes music and she can play the piano well.（喜欢音乐、钢琴弹得
好）；Daniel—He is interested in science.（对科学感兴趣）。
# # 解题思路：先圈出每个爱好句中的关键词（reading / football / music / science），再 回课文 p.8 找对应人物的 hobbies 信息句，一一对应即可。
（五）课本练习 B：判断正误并改错（课本 p.9）
题干（课本 p.9）：Read Millie's introductions again. Write a T if a sentence is true or an F if it is false. Then correct the false one(s).（再读一遍 Millie 的介绍，正确的写 T，错误的写 F， 并改正错误项。）
1. Millie is interested in reading.
2. Simon is not tall.
3. Simon loves science.
4. Sandy is a tall, polite girl.
5. Sandy and Daniel wear glasses.
6. Daniel is very helpful.
【提示框】
第 5 题最容易错：Sandy 的介绍只有 tall and slim、long hair、polite、music、piano，没有 任何“戴眼镜”的信息，所以“Sandy and Daniel wear glasses”以偏概全，应判 F。
1. T；2. F——改正：Simon is tall.（课本说 He is tall）；3. F——改正：Daniel is interested
in science.（science 是 Daniel 的爱好，不是 Simon）；4. T；5. F——改正：Only Daniel
wears glasses.（课本只提到 Daniel 戴眼镜，没有说 Sandy 戴眼镜）；6. T——be ready to
help others 即 helpful。
# # 解题思路：判断题必须逐句回课文定位：第 2 句对照 He is tall；第 3 句在 Daniel 的
介绍里找 science；第 5 句课文只出现 He wears glasses（Daniel），Sandy 的介绍中没有
glasses。
（六）课本练习 C：Mr Wu 的笔记填空（课本 p.10）
题干（课本 p.10）：Mr Wu is making some notes about his new plete his notes
with the correct forms of the words and phrases in the box below.（用方框中词语的适当形式
补全 Mr Wu 的笔记。）
词框：be good at / friendly / smart / full of energy / slim / polite / science / ready to 笔记首句示例（课本 p.10）：This is Millie. She has short hair. She loves reading.
【提示框】
第 (4) 空看后文提示 She always says “please” and “thank you”——常说请和谢谢，正是 polite（有礼貌）的表现；注意 friendly 虽以 -ly 结尾但是形容词。
(1) is good at；(2) full of energy；(3) slim；(4) polite；(5) smart；(6) science；(7) ready to； (8) friendly。
# # 解题思路：先判断空格需要的词性和搭配：动词短语 be good at 后接活动；be always
______ 接性格短语；第 (7) 空 always ______ help others 只能填 ready to；第 (8) 空 be
______ to each other 填形容词 friendly。
（七）句型归纳：This is ...（课本 p.8 TIP）
课本 p.8 TIP：We use “this is ...” to introduce someone to others. We also use “this is ...” to introduce ourselves on the phone.
【知识点】
This is ... 有两个用途：①向别人介绍他人，如 This is Simon.；②电话中自我介绍，如 Hello, this is Millie. 电话里习惯说 This is ...，而不说 I am ...。
【提示框】
介绍他人时 This is Simon. 不能改成 He is Simon.；接电话时 This is ...（speaking）是固定 说法，不要受中文“我是……”影响说成 I am ...。
（八）语言点精讲：四个重点短语（课本 p.8）
1. be full of（课本 p.8：He is always full of energy.）——意思是“(有)许多的，充满……的”。
例：The room is full of toys.（房间里有很多玩具。）I am full of happiness.（我满心欢喜。）
2. energy / en d i/（课本 p.8：He is always full of energy.）——不可数名词，本课指“精力，
活力，干劲”；它还有“能量，能源”的意思。例：It is important to save energy.（节能十分
重要。）
3. be ready to do sth（课本 p.8：He is smart and always ready to help others.）——意思是“愿
意做某事”，也可表示“准备好做某事”。例：Lei Feng was always ready to help others.（雷
锋总是乐于助人。）
4. be interested in（课本 p.8：He is interested in science.）——意思是“对……感兴趣”。类
似表达还有 like / love / enjoy / be fond of，这些词后面都要接 v-ing 形式。例：My
classmates are all interested in music. I'm fond of listening to music.
语言点归纳
语言点精讲：四个重点短语（课本 p.8）：be full of（充满）；energy（不可数名词，精力
/活力/能源）；be ready to do sth（乐于/准备好做某事）；be interested in（对……感兴趣，
in 后接名词或 v-ing）——四个语言点全部出自课本 p.8 的人物介绍句。
