一、教学过程
Step 1 Warm-up（复习导入）（3 min）
T: Good morning! We know Peter's school now. Today we'll introduce OUR school — in an email and as a tour guide. Review: There is… / There are… / next to / across from…

Step 2 Pre-writing（2a 完成校园笔记）（6 min）

T: Think about places in your plete the notes: Buildings in my school — the dining hall, the art building, the sports field… My favourite place — the sports field. Where is it — It's next to the science building. Why I like it — Because I can do exercises there.

2a 完成校园场所笔记
【过渡语】以笔记整理写作素材，解决「写什么」的问题。
【知识点】写作素材四要素：场所有哪些 → 最爱哪 → 在哪 → 为什么。
Step 3 While-writing（2b 补全邮件+朗读复述）（10 min）
2b 补全 Tony 写给 Mary 的电子邮件
T: Look at the email. Find the parts: 收件人 TO, 寄件人 From, 称谓 Dear Mary, 落款署名 Tony Smith. Now complete it: There are many interesting places here — the sports field, the teachers' building, the dining hall and the art building. My favourite place is the sports field. It's next to the science building. It's big and beautiful. I love it because I can run and play basketball there.

T: Work in groups and practice giving the tour. Take turns: Hello and welcome to our school. My name is… and I'm your guide today. Then each group chooses the best guide to give the tour to the class and vote.

Step 7 探究·导学（sound 用法）（4 min）
T: Your school sounds fun. Sound can be a noun (a sound), a linking verb (sounds + adj.), a verb (the bell sounded) and we say sound like + noun.

T: Today we wrote an email and became tour guides. We used There be, prepositions and the word sound. Homework: copy your tour into your notebook and draw a mind-map of this unit.
