一、教学过程
Step 1 Warm-up（游戏导入·反义词配对）（4 min）
T: Good morning! Game time — flashing cards! Match the words with their opposites: boring interesting, difficult easy, busy free, relaxing tiring…
Ss: (快速抢答，完成反义词配对)
T: Then describe the subjects: music is relaxing, math is difficult… What do you think of your subjects
游戏导入——形容词反义词配对
【过渡语】以反义词游戏复现评价形容词，为连词语篇学习热身。
【知识点】评价形容词：boring/difficult/busy/useful/exciting/relaxing 及其反义。
Step 2 Grammar Focus（3a 连词功能归纳）（8 min）
3a 读句子，归纳 and/but/because
T: Read the sentences: I have art and geography today. English is important, and my English teacher is really nice. Biology is difficult but important. I like Chinese because it's fun.
Ss: (读句子，完成归纳：because 给出原因；and 给出另一想法；but 给出两个不同的想法)
3a 读句归纳三个连词的功能
【过渡语】从例句观察入手，归纳三个连词的语义功能。
【知识点】because 表原因；and 表并列补充；but 表转折对比。
Step 3 探究·导学（and/but/because 详解）（6 min）
T: and 意为「和、与」，表并列；but 意为「但是」，表转折；because 意为「因为」，回答 why 引导的疑问句。

【句型剖析】`He can't go with us, because he is very busy.` = `He is very busy, so he can't go with us.` 注意：because（因为）与 so（所以）不能同时出现在一个句子中。
Step 4 Practice（用 and/but/because 完成句子）（6 min）
T: Complete the sentences: ① I like green, and I like red. ② He likes English, but he doesn't like history. ③ She likes to learn IT because it's fun. ④ Our room is small, but it's very clean.
Ss: (独立完成并核对)
Exercise——选词填空巩固连词
【过渡语】以单句填空即时检测连词选用。
【知识点】先判断句间关系（并列/转折/因果），再选连词。

3b 连线组成完整句子
T: Match the two parts: I have a bicycle, but I often walk to school. I like to learn about IT because it's fun to learn to use computers. She likes to listen to music and draw pictures. He is good at English, and he often helps me with my English.

T: Do a survey: Which is your favourite school day What subjects do you have that day What subjects on that day do you like and why Who likes the same subjects as you and why Then give a report.

3d 班级调查——最爱的一天与科目
【过渡语】以调查任务驱动真实交际，综合运用本课语言。
【知识点】the same + 名词 + as 与……一样；A is the same as B。
【句型剖析】`the same + 名词 + as`「与……一样的……」；`A + 系动词 + the same as + B`「A 和 B 一样」。eg: She wears the same shoes as you. / Your hat is the same as Mary's.
Step 8 Summary（课堂小结）（2 min）
T: Today we mastered and, but, because and useful phrases like listen to, be good at, help sb. with. Remember: never use because and so together. Homework: finish the exercises and preview Section B.
