教学重难点 重点：申请邮件的内容组织（说明意愿—介绍特长—表达期待—礼貌收尾）与海报四要素（课本 p.58）。难点：I'd love to / be interested in / share…with… 在邮件语境中的准确运用；海报信息的取舍与表达。
一、教学过程
Step 1 Warm-up（4 min）
T: Tell something about yourself: I like to play sports. I can play soccer / volleyball / basketball…
Ss: 模仿范例做 30 秒自我介绍（It's your turn now）。

Step 2 2a 补全邮件（10 min）

Ss: 核对：Dear Bill, I love your club. I'm really interested in reading all kinds of books. I can read fast, but I can't find many good books to read. I'd love to read more and share what I think with others. Can I join your club Best, Xu Cong。
2a 补全 Xu Cong 给 Bill 的申请邮件（课本 p.58）
【知识点】电子邮件结构：To（收件人）/ From（发件人）/ Dear + 称呼 / 正文 / Best 或 Yours + 署名。
【句型剖析】申请邮件四步走：① 表明意愿（I love your club. / I'd love to join.）→ ② 介绍特长（I can…, but I can't…）→ ③ 表达期待（I'd love to read more and share…）→ ④ 礼貌询问（Can I join your club ）
Step 3 邮件语言点（5 min）
T: 讲解：I'd love to = I would love to（很乐意）；all kinds of 各种各样的；share…with… 与……分享……（p.58）
Ss: 记录并用每个短语各造一句。

【易错提醒】be interested in 中的 in 是介词，后接名词或 v.-ing（be interested in reading），且主语须为人。
Step 4 2b 写申请邮件（8 min）
T: 2b Choose one club from 1b. Write an email to the organizer and say why you'd like to join the club.（p.58）
Ss: 依 2a 范文支架（Dear…, I love your club. I'm interested in cooking all kinds of food. I can cook something, but I can't… Can I join your club Yours, …）完成初稿并互评。
2b 从 1b 中选俱乐部写申请邮件（课本 p.58）
【过渡语】范文支架 + 三步互评（格式对不对/理由清不清/语言准不准），落实过程写作。
Step 5 3a 想创办的俱乐部（4 min）
T: 3a Think of a club you would like to set up in your school.（p.58）
Ss: What club would you like to set up — I'd like to set up a… club.
3a 讨论想创办的俱乐部（课本 p.58）
【知识点】set up 创办、建立；would like to = 'd like to 想要。
Step 6 3b 设计招募海报（8 min）
T: 3b Make a poster to find new members. 海报应包含：the name of the club / what club members are able to do / meeting time and place / contact information.（p.58）参考范例 Robotics Club：work well with their hands, think up new ideas, work as a team; When: Tuesdays, 12:30 p.m.; Where: Robotics lab; Who to contact: ma.li8@
Ss: 小组合作设计海报并展示。

【知识点】be able to 与 can 同义，可替换使用；think up new ideas 想出新点子；work as a team 团队协作。
【文化常识】Robotics Club（机器人社团）是海外中学常见的 STEAM 科技社团，强调动手能力（work well with their hands）、创意（think up new ideas）与团队合作（work as a team）。
Step 7 3c 采访招新（4 min）
T: 3c Interview your classmates. Find new members for your club.（p.58）

3c 面试采访为社团招新（课本 p.58）
【过渡语】把海报设计升级为真实招新面试，实现项目闭环。
Step 8 Reflecting 自评与小结（2 min）
T: Reflecting：① I can name different school clubs. ② I can talk about people's abilities using can. ③ I can describe what people do in different school clubs. ④ I can explain the benefits of different clubs.（p.58）
Ss: 按 Very well / OK / Needs work 三档自评，标注需加强项。
Reflecting 单元自评四问（课本 p.58）
