教学重难点 重点：按时间顺序写「我的一天」，正确使用一般现在时与时间表达（课本 p.65-66）。难点：第三人称报告中的三单动词转换；范文支架到独立写作的迁移。
一、教学过程
Step 1 Warm-up（4 min）
T: Guess: What does he/she do （police officer / teacher / reporter / doctor / farmer）
Ss: 抢答并说明理由。
职业竞猜——Guess what these people do
【过渡语】以职业话题切入「他人的作息」。
Step 2 Free talk（4 min）
T: Choose a person and say something about his or her daily routine.
Ss: A teacher gets up early and goes to school at 7:00…
选择职业并介绍其日常安排
【知识点】职业三单表达：gets up / goes to work / has lunch。
Step 3 2a 填写作息表（5 min）
T: 2a Complete the timetable about one of your school days.（p.65）
Ss: 填写 get up / have breakfast / go to school / have classes / have lunch / go home / do homework / go to bed 的具体时刻。
2a 完成自己某一天的作息时间表（课本 p.65）
【过渡语】时间表是 2b 写作的信息支架。
Step 4 2b 写自己的一天（8 min）
T: 2b Use the information in 2a to write about your day.（p.65）My name is… I'm… years old. I live… Every…, I usually get up at…
Ss: 按支架完成初稿并同桌互评。
2b 依 2a 信息写「我的一天」（课本 p.65）
【答题技巧】写作三步法：① 开篇点题（I have a busy school day.）→ ② 按时间顺序从早到晚依次介绍活动 → ③ 收篇表达情感（What a happy and busy day!）。全文用一般现在时，时刻前别丢 at。
Step 5 3a 采访职业作息（8 min）
T: 3a Ask a person who works in that profession questions to find out his or her workday plete the table.（p.65-66）
Ss: What time do you get up / When do you start work / What do you do after dinner …完成采访表。
3a 结对采访某职业人士的工作日（课本 p.65-66）
【过渡语】把「我的一天」迁移到「他的一天」，实现人称与信息双重转换。
Step 6 3b 第三人称报告（6 min）
T: 报告范例：My uncle is a farmer in a small village. Every day, he gets up at 5:30 a.m. and works for two hours in the field. Then he has breakfast at 8:00…（p.66）
Ss: 仿照范例作班级报告，注意三单动词。
3b 农民叔叔的一天报告范例（课本 p.66）
【知识点】in the field 在田里；work for two hours 工作两小时；neighbour 邻居。
Step 7 范文研读（6 min）
T: 研读范文 My School Day：时间顺序清晰、语言简洁、正确使用一般现在时；结尾感叹句 What a happy and busy day! 使文章完整生动。
Ss: 对照范文修改自己的 2b 初稿。

【过渡语】以评促写：对照三条标准（结构/时态/语言）完成二次成文。
Step 8 Summary 与训练·评价（4 min）
T: 训练：以 My Uncle's Day 为题写短文（be a police officer / go to work by bus / read newspapers / watch TV at night，不少于 50 词）（p.66）
Ss: 限时写作并对照参考范文自评：He gets up at five o'clock every day. He goes to work by bus. He often reads newspapers after lunch…
