教学重难点 重点：日常活动短语与 What time/When do you usually… —At… 问答（课本 p.60-61）。难点：past 与 to 的非整点时间表达（a quarter to seven 等）；at/on/in 时间介词的正确使用。
一、教学过程
Step 1 Warm-up（3 min）
T: Before we go to school, what do we usually do
Ss: Free talk：起床、刷牙、吃早饭……引出晨间作息话题。
导入——上学前我们通常做什么
【过渡语】从学生亲身经历切入，唤醒作息主题的旧知。
Step 2 词汇呈现（晨间活动）（5 min）
T: 呈现短语：get up / get dressed /drest/ / brush teeth /bru / /ti θ/ / take a shower / a r/ / have (eat) breakfast / go to school（p.60）
Ss: 跟读并做动作记忆。
晨间活动短语与发音（课本 p.59-60）
【知识点】make use of 利用（p.59）；tooth 的复数为 teeth（oo → ee）。
【易错提醒】brush one's teeth 中 tooth→teeth 为不规则复数；类似变化：foot→feet。
Step 3 时间表达复习（4 min）
T: A: What time is it / What's the time B: It's eight o'clock / eleven thirty / eleven fifty-five…
Ss: 看钟面抢答。

【知识点】整点用「基数词 + o'clock」（o'clock 可省略）；非整点用「钟点 + 分钟」直读，如 10:25 ten twenty-five。
